Have elderly dog mobility issues on back legs, chose wheels for dogs, not a cheap investment but my dog still has good mind and front legs. Found Eleanor very helpful and not a sales pitch, product came next day, quality product with easy instructions, fitting my cross breed dog was not simple but with loads of support from Eleanor we got there, it’s now about training my pooch to use the wheels, which will take a little time but just like training him as a pup will be worth it for both of us to feel safe out on walks.
Our 14 y/o golden retriever sustained an ACL tear. Too old to operate on and with a 50% chance of the good leg sustaining injury, we decided to invest in a set of wheels. We haven’t looked back! She has taken to them like a duck to water, and she can do everything she could before and more. She has a new lease of life! Wheels4Dogs were very helpful with timely aftercare and advice as we made adjustments to get the fit correct for her, which is extremely important. Highly recommend both the product and Wheeks4Dogs’ for their excellent aftercare and customer service.
We believe you get what you pay for and we are really pleased with the sturdy build quality of the wheelchair. Easy to put together and after a bit of coaxing with some treats our dog was off. She was able to manoeuvre well in it. So far we’ve only used it indoors as we are still getting her used to it.
