Shipping
Standard UK Mainland shipping is free for new rear or quad wheelchair orders only. Highlands, Islands and remote areas or international shipping will be priced individually. We need your full postal address and a telephone number. We aim to give a choice of paid shipping services when possible. We will only deliver orders to hotels if conditions are met. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. For UK mainland delivery we use the Parcelforce 24 hour shipping service. For all other areas/countries delivery is dependent on the service agreed and the destination. Dispatch and delivery times and dates are for general guidance only and we are not liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to dispatch within the stated time frame, we will notify you. You are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive the goods. If our couriers are unable to deliver through no fault of ours or theirs and the parcel is returned to their depot or to us, you will be responsible for the returns and re-shipping costs. The Goods ordered will meet the description as shown on our website and/or in the quotation. We have no responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs after delivery.
Items Not Received – If you do not receive your goods:
Contact us for the tracking number. Deliveries are to be signed for on receipt. Any other arrangements must be agreed in advance and are entirely your responsibility.
Delays
Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed. We will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by you is incorrect or inadequate or where it is the fault of the courier.
Cancellation rights
Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days following receipt of your item and receive a full refund. Cancellation must be in writing. If the item has already been dispatched you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You must take reasonable care of all goods and the packaging in your possession. If the value of the goods has been diminished, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to cover this. You must return them to us, to the address below within 14 days from the cancellation date. All goods returned to us should be insured. No refund of any payments will be made until we have checked the goods. Refunds will be made to the card, PayPal or bank account used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item. It may then take 7-10 working days to appear on your account statement. Refunds are subject to the condition of the goods.
