Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Wheelchair Shipping

All rear and quad / full body wheelchairs shipping to the UK are free and will be shipped via DHL’s Next Day Service (this ships and arrives on working days only).

Shipping to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland is £16.99. Once you order, we will likely contact you to cover this extra cost.

Large Item Shipping

All other large items (e.g. 12″ wheels of front attachment for a wheelchair) will be sent DHL. Shipping will be quoted at the checkout.

Small Item Shipping

All smaller products that will fit inside Royal Mail Small Parcel requirements will be shipped using their tracked 24 service within the UK. We aim to dispatch these within 2 working days. We currently charge £5.99 for this service.

International Shipping

We ship international parcels with DHL as they are fast and very reliable. 

You will be asked at the checkout page to contact us for a shipping quote. We will need your shipping address to generate a price via DHL.

Parcels incur import tax and duty on entry into your country, which is payable by you at the point of entry.

Returns Information

We hope that every Walkin’ Wheels® buyer and their pet will be happy with their product. If you experience problems, please contact us. Often we can help with advice or a simple adjustment. We may ask for photo’s / video of your pet using the product to help us offer the relevant advice.

14 Day Return Policy

You have the legal right to return your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods.

“As New” Return

Your item must be returned “as new”. All original tags must still be attached, plus all original packaging returned including the wheelchair branded box. If you want to try the wheelchair or accessory, please try on only in the house and think about using a t-shirt underneath so your dog’s hair doesn’t transfer onto the product fabric.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).

If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must send the goods back to our specified address at your own cost and risk.

If You Cancel Your Order

If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our specified address at your own cost and risk within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, and we have received the goods back we will refund the payment made by you for the goods within 14 calendar days.

Past 14 Days or Used Items

If you have used the items or it is past 14 days, please contact us and we can help direct you to a dog charity or centre who would very gratefully receive your donation.

Exchanges

If you need a different size item then you will need to re-order the correct size and return the unrequired item to us for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
